From what I've read having the opportunity to relax and sleep and sun yourself and whatnot can help. There was an article in Now magazine this week on what you can do/eat to increase your fertility. No idea if any of it is scientifically proven but some bee pollen granules on your cereal (yes really according to the article!) wouldn't hurt!
